ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Most event cruise tickets may be exchanged for a fee before the scheduled departure date and time (see exceptions below). Once the boat has sailed, tickets cannot be exchanged, the value is forfeited, and the ticket will be marked as a no show; you will be required to make a new reservation. Exchange fees are posted on the individual Routes & Schedules, or Tour & Event Cruise pages for each route. Any credit issued is valid only for reservation‑based routes or cruises and must be used within the same calendar year as the original travel date. Credits cannot be applied toward commuter tickets for the NJ–NYC route.

Please note that West Point, Mets Game Day, Brunch, 4th of July fireworks, New Year’s Eve, and US Open Match Day tickets are non-exchangeable.

For passengers traveling between New Bedford, and Martha’s Vineyard, or Nantucket:

Trip Protection Terms: New Bedford customers who purchase trip protection are able to refund their ticket(s) and parking pass up to two hours before their planned departure time. If your ticket is for a departure earlier than 9:30 AM, you must notify Seastreak by 5PM the day before travel. Trip protection prices are per-ticket and dependent on the ticket type (one-way or round trip), and for which island your ticket has as its destination. The trip protection waives the exchange fees normally assessed for date, or time exchanges. Your exchange must be made within the same time period listed for trip protected refunds (see above). Waiving of exchange fees is limited to one exchange; any additional changes to the date, or time of a ticket will incur a per-ticket exchange fee. Once the boat has sailed tickets are not refundable, or exchangeable, and the value is forfeited; the ticket will be marked as a no show, and you will be required to make a new reservation. Trip protection cannot be added to an order after the purchase is completed and is not refundable.

The Theater District runs from 6th to 9th Avenues and from 41st to 54th Streets. Your best bet would be to take the Seastreak ferry to the E. 35th St. Ferry Landing. From there you can either walk to your theater or up to 1st Ave for a cab.

No, although we pass right by Lady Liberty on all of our commuter runs, we do not go directly to the Statue of Liberty. Ferry service to the statue is available from Battery Park, just a short walk from Pier 11.
