We try to provide adequate shelter for passengers. Atlantic Highlands offers covered walkways all the way out to the pier. At Highlands, a floating indoor terminal is available.
The majority of the piers used are handicap accessible. If you have additional accessibility questions, please call us at 1-800-BOATRIDE (1-800-262-8743).
Seastreak would like to remind you to leave yourself plenty of time to arrive for your departure, find parking and purchase tickets. We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before your departure. From New Bedford, we recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to a departure during the summer season.
The Captain of each vessel will determine if Priority Boarding will be utilized when pulling in to the pier. If it is determined that there will be an unusually large number of passengers attempting to board a given departure, the captain will board Ticket Book Holders first followed by Daily Round-Trip and One Way Ticket holders. We will not sell tickets for any run that is priority boarded. Only if space allows, we will sell one way and round trip tickets at the boat.
