How do I know if there are any service alerts that affect my route?
We make every effort to ensure that service alerts are posted timely as our goal is to make your commute as smooth and carefree as possible. Be sure to check the Service Alerts page to see if there are any impacts to your schedule. Also, NJ-NYC Commuters can sign up to receive service alerts through email or text on the Service Alerts page.
For customers with reservations for a special event, or the New Bedford-Martha’s Vineyard-Nantucket, and Providence-Newport routes, we make every effort to contact you using the telephone number and email address provided in your reservation.
How do I sign up to receive service alerts by text or email?
For NJ-NYC Commuters, you can sign up to receive immediate notifications whenever an urgent schedule change occurs through email and text. Sign up to receive service alerts on the Service Alerts page.
