“I have a black belt in karate.” This statement usually garners envy and wonder, because having the ability to ward off ninjas is pretty cool. You may not be up for the years of training involved to obtain a black belt, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t learn a few practical self-defense skills. These self-defense classes inspire strength of mind and body.
