As an alternative, if you still need to travel from NYC to Belford, you can take the 7:45 PM Pier 11 departure to Atlantic Highlands where the Seastreak shuttle will be waiting to go to Belford. Belford only tickets will be accepted on boats going to Highlands/Atlantic Highlands this evening.
