Commuter Departures
SeaStreak must adhere to US Coast Guard vessel capacities and although we will make every attempt to accommodate all passengers, we will not guarantee a passenger will be able to board. 

Commuter schedules shown in printed timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed.  SeaStreak may, without notice, substitute boats and may alter scheduled landings. Schedules and prices are subject to change without notice. 

Services may be suspended or discontinued at the company's discretion.  SeaStreak will not be liable for damages suffered as a result of cancellation or delay in departure of or arrival of the vessel.  As soon as it is determined, SeaStreak will post changes in landings and scheduled times to the website and the voice mail.

Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable for any reason.

Priority Boarding
When SeaStreak determines that there will be an unusually large number of passengers attempting to board a given departure, we will board Ticket Book Holders first followed by Daily Round-Trip and One Way Ticket holders. We will not sell tickets at E. 34th Street for any run that is priority boarded. 

Ticket Books
Ten and 40-trip books expire 60 days from the date of purchase. Ticket books must be presented when boarding the boat.  Ticket books cannot be shared. 

Children under five are always free.  Child prices exist for children ages 5-12.  We regret that we are unable to carry children under the age of 16 unless they are accompanied by an adult, parent or guardian.

Special Events
SeaStreak recommends that pre-paid reservations be made for all special events.  Without a pre-paid reservation, there is no guarantee of boarding any given special event.  Certain special events are reservation only and walk-ups will not be accepted.  Visit the individual special event page or contact 1-800-BOATRIDE for reservation information.

Cans, bottles and coolers are prohibited aboard all SeaStreak America, Inc. vessels.

During special event cruises, passengers are permitted to sit on either the inside or outdoor decks. As we do not have reserved seating, we ask that you cooperate with fellow passengers to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to experience both seating areas.

SeaStreak will not tolerate drunkenness, lewdness, or any other unacceptable behavior. We ask our passengers to show respect for fellow passengers and those who may be travelling with young children.

Special Event reservations are not returnable or exchangeable.  Although they can not be cancelled, they are transferable.

SeaStreak vessels all carry Plenary Retail Transit Licenses and offer a full cash bar service.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought onto the vessels.

Disabled Passengers
SeaStreak will be happy to assist anyone who needs extra help.  Please contact our ticket office before departure.

SeaStreak passengers and their effects will be subject to search for prohibited materials or substances before boarding the vessel.  Any such materials may be seized and passengers may not be allowed to board.  Passengers refusing to be searched will not be permitted to travel.

SeaStreak reserves the right to change these policies without notice.
