What’s better than going deep sea fishing off of the Massachusetts coast? Fishing for a cause of course! This June join the Fishing For a Cause Tournament in New Bedford, Massachusetts, and enjoy a two-day saltwater sport fishing challenge which will help to raise money for the Schwartz Center for Children.
The tournament takes place at Pope’s Island Marina on June 21st and 22nd, with a seaside dinner that Saturday evening. Anglers can take their own boats out on the water, or charter one for their team.
Fishing For a Cause was created by the Schwartz Center for Children in 2011 as a way of making friends and raising funds. The Schwartz Center is a non-profit organization that provides educational and health care services for children with special needs.
