• Reservations are kindly recommended, especially during the summer season travel.
• All tickets are non-refundable, unless New Bedford Trip Protection was purchased at the time of reservation.
• All ticket exchanges are subject to a per ticket exchange fee.
• Reserved Tickets not picked up 10 minutes prior to a scheduled departure may be released to stand-by passengers. Stand by passengers must be present at the terminal to be considered for stand-by boarding.
• Infants and children traveling for free MUST HAVE A TICKET to board the ferry. No exceptions will be made.
