A traditional center with a new take on the crust. It’s unsurprising, perhaps, that this pie comes from none other than Morgenstern’s Ice Cream. While you’re with family, you can evoke memories of days long gone by, spent with them as a child. A pie that satisfies both the taste buds and the soul!
Bourbon Pecan Pie
With a deep sweetness in the filling and a crust with just a touch of vanilla, this pie from the Dominique Ansel Bakery is sure to satisfy. Even if you have particularly picky members of your household, rest assured that this will meet their high standards. Oh, and make sure to order by 11/25 to pick up on 11/27!
Pumpkin Pie
Why am I doing pumpkin pie twice? Well, because it’s in the top five, sure, but also because this type of pie has become a staple of Thanksgiving dinners everywhere. As much fun as Thanksgiving can be (or not, I suppose — it really depends on how much you like/how well you tolerate your family), the time leading up to it always becomes incredibly stressful.
