By purchasing a ticket and/or accepting transportation aboard a vessel provided by SeaStreak, LLC (“SeaStreak”), regardless of whether the vessel is owned, operated or chartered by SeaStreak (“Vessel”), Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions and the terms and conditions posted on SeaStreak’s website (seastreak.com). Passengers, baggage, and personal items are subject to search and inspection prior to boarding and at anytime while onboard the Vessel. Refusal to consent to a search may result in denial of passage. Customer shall arrive at the pier prior to departure and early enough to be searched and inspected. Dangerous goods and firearms are prohibited without SeaStreak’s express consent. Seats are not reserved. Scheduled times may change, Vessels may be substituted, routes may be altered and stops may be changed or omitted all without notice, all without liability to SeaStreak. No refunds or exchanges. SeaStreak reserves the right to revoke privileges granted by this ticket. Any suit or cause of action arising out of or relating to this ticket or passage aboard the Vessel may only be brought in a state or federal court in New Jersey, and Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction of either such court and waives all objections to venue therein. SeaStreak’s liability for loss or damage to personal property is limited to $1,000. SeaStreak shall not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for personal injuries, illness or death, unless written notice is given to SeaStreak within six (6) months of the date of the occurrence giving rise to the same, and suits on all such claims shall be deemed untimely and dismissed unless filed within one (1) year after the date of the occurrence, injury, illness or death. Carrier will make every attempt to accommodate passengers, but will not guarantee reserved seats; departure or arrival times in timetable or elsewhere are not guaranteed. Carrier may without notice substitute boats, and may alter or omit stopping places on the ticket or schedule in case of necessity. Schedules and prices are subject to change without notice.
No refunds, no exchanges.

- As used in this contract “ticket” means passenger ticket, of which these conditions form a part, “carrier” means SeaStreak, LLC and “passenger” means the holder of this ticket
- Carrier is not responsible for delays, postponements or cancellations due to inclement weather and/or other extenuating circumstances.
- Passenger shall comply with all of carrier’s requirements for ticketing and shall arrive at the pier at the time fixed by the carrier or, if no time is fixed, early enough to complete departure procedures. Carrier reserves the right to revoke the privileges granted by their ticket.
- Carrier is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or for lost or stolen personal property and belongings of any passenger.
- This contract is governed exclusively by the policies stated here and no agent, servant or representative of carrier has authority to alter, modify or waive any provision of this contract or enter into any other agreement.
- All travel aboard all SeaStreak, LLC vessels is at the risk of the passenger. Carrier is not liable for injuries sustained to any passenger.
- Carrier is not responsible for injury, damage or theft occurring in the parking areas.
Tickets are non-transferrable and passenger who purchases the tickets may not share them with other passengers.
All tickets are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
