Alice in Wonderland Puppet Show
The Metropolitan Museum of Art houses more than just artwork – it’s also home to hundreds of mini events and shows each year. This weekend, a children friendly marionette puppet show caught our eye. Performed by the Salzburg Marionette Theatre, Alice in Wonderland comes to life with fantastical sets and props akin to the magic of Wonderland.

A 12 year long tradition, the New York City Transit Museum Train Show in Grand Central Station pays homage to trains and NYC itself with a 34’ long display of miniature New York. The mini transportation’s ultimate destination is naturally the North Pole, but you and your kids can learn about all things locomotive with several fun and educational models.

Carnegie Hall Family Concert: The New York Pops, A Charlie Brown Christmas
It’s never too early to introduce your kids to the symphony and it’s totally painless when it’s something they’re already familiar with. Watch the New York Pops take on Charlie Brown’s classic music at the famed Carnegie Hall with special performances by the New York Theatre Ballet, sing-alongs and “special surprises”.
