Your order contained flex tickets, which require the My Seastreak app to redeem. Please download the iOS orAndroid app and sign in with your account to view these tickets.
For all other routes you will receive one additional email per trip which will include your e-tickets. You can present these e-tickets on your mobile device at the ferry terminal, or if you prefer, you can print these e-tickets at home and bring them with you. They will also be stored in your account for access via the My Seastreak app.
If you purchased a NJ/NYC commuter book through your account your tickets will appear in your My Seastreak app!

By purchasing a ticket and/or accepting transportation aboard a vessel provided by SeaStreak, LLC (“SeaStreak”), regardless of whether the vessel is owned, operated or chartered by SeaStreak (“Vessel”), Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions and the terms and conditions posted on SeaStreak’s website (seastreak.com). Passengers, baggage, and personal items are subject to search and inspection prior to boarding and at anytime while onboard the Vessel. Refusal to consent to a search may result in denial of passage. Customer shall arrive at the pier prior to departure and early enough to be searched and inspected. Dangerous goods and firearms are prohibited without SeaStreak’s express consent. Seats are not reserved. Scheduled times may change, Vessels may be substituted, routes may be altered and stops may be changed or omitted all without notice, all without liability to SeaStreak. No refunds or exchanges. SeaStreak reserves the right to revoke privileges granted by this ticket. Any suit or cause of action arising out of or relating to this ticket or passage aboard the Vessel may only be brought in a state or federal court in New Jersey, and Customer agrees to personal jurisdiction of either such court and waives all objections to venue therein. SeaStreak’s liability for loss or damage to personal property is limited to $1,000. SeaStreak shall not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or for personal injuries, illness or death, unless written notice is given to SeaStreak within six (6) months of the date of the occurrence giving rise to the same, and suits on all such claims shall be deemed untimely and dismissed unless filed within one (1) year after the date of the occurrence, injury, illness or death.
