Atlantic Highlands Parking

  • Parking is free.
  • Commuter parking is located on your left (Lot 2) and right (Lot 1) as you come down First Ave towards the Seastreak office.
  • Additional parking is available in the small lot located next to the Seastreak Ticket Office (Lot 1) and in our lots on Bay Avenue.
  • Overnight, one-night, and long term parking is allowed in the fenced-in Seastreak lot across the street from the ticket office (Lot 3), and at our fenced-in lot along Bay Avenue (Lot 4).
  • Please be aware there is a bridge from Lot 4 to Lot 3 to help cut down walking time to the ferry.

 

  • Please be aware of the restricted parking area for Highlands Municipal Marina. There is a 6 hour time limit which is clearly posted on signs.

 

  • All other parking lots in the area are municipal parking (not Seastreak property) and there is absolutely no overnight parking permitted in municipal parking, regardless of snow removal or not.
  • Any cars left overnight in municipal parking will be towed by the Atlantic Highlands Police Department at owners expense.
  • Any cars left overnight in Lots 1, 2, and 3 may be ticketed or towed at owner’s expense.

Highlands Parking

  • Parking is free at our main parking lot at 326 Shore Drive, and at our satellite parking lot at 348 Shore Drive.
  • Overnight parking is available at our satellite parking lot at 348 Shore Drive.  There is no overnight parking allowed at our main lot at 326 Shore Drive.
  • Any cars left overnight at 326 Shore Drive may be ticketed or towed at owner’s expense.

  • When dropping off or picking up passengers, you are not permitted to stop or sit in any fire zones which includes the entire area along the bulkhead. The bulkhead area is a legal fire zone. Highlands Police enforce restrictions and may issue tickets to cars stopped or sitting in the fire zones.
