Dogs are famously social animals. Given the opportunity, most dogs would love to go out on the town, sniff, frolic and chase.  Well here’s their opportunity!  During Red Bank’s Dog Days dogs are treated as royalty in the town of Red Bank.

On every Dog Day, Monmouth Street closes from Broad to Drummond, and is filled with activities and events catered to your pawed pal: dog-friendly stores, pet-related vendors and take-out dining.  There will also be water and cleanup station, first aid, nutritionists and behaviorists provided by the Red Bank Veterinary Hospital.

The Red Bank Veterinary Hospital and Purina have sponsored this fun monthly event which is happening from July through October. Don’t worry if you missed the first two months, visit this September and October.  October will definitely be a treat as it’s Halloween themed!  Costumed pooches will roam the streets to celebrate just like humans (sans the chocolate treats).

Interested in taking your dog to Red Bank for the day?  Find out more about Red Bank’s Dog Days here.  Coming from New York?  Our locations in Highlands and Atlantic Highlands are just a quick cab ride from Red Bank, and remember that Seastreak is always pet friendly!  We just ask that your furry friends sit on one of our beautiful outside decks.

Sea you soon,

The Seastreak Family
