What’s more romantic than a mini Seastreak cruise, city lights and heart-warming food? Nothing, we say! These fancy-pants restaurants are sure to impress your dinner date this Friday, and beyond.  So, without further ado, we present the following great NYC Valentine’s Day restaurants:

Eataly

Oh where to start? With a perfecto location on 5th Ave near Madison Square Park, this gourmet Italian eatery takes the (cheese)cake. Seven restaurants, yes 7, in addition to 2 cafes and a retail store, comprise this internationally acclaimed shop. Each restaurant serves up a specific kind of authentic Italian cuisine, and along with your food you get a stunning view of the city when you dine at their rooftop restaurant Birreria.

Retractable roof and all, bad weather doesn’t stop the chefs from preparing you a delightful meal, so it shouldn’t stop you from making a reservation! The menus prove too difficult to pronounce (so you know it’s authentic) so skip the plane ticket and head to Eataly for a taste of Italy. When in Rome, err, New York, right?

New York, NY

V-Note

This cozy, candle-lit restaurant nestled on the Upper East Side is the ideal setting for an intimate dinner. Their Valentine’s Day prix-fixe menu offers comfort food like Parsnip Ravioli and Seitan Piccata with an elegant touch. Known for their selection of well curated wine, pick your perfect pairing from a long list of reds, whites and sparkling.

V Note

At $68 a person, it’s a splurge but by the end of the meal when you get to choose between Chocolate Almond Mouse Cake, Drunk Fruit Parfait or Cherry Cheesecake, we doubt you’ll give it much thought.

1522 1st Ave

New York, NY 10075

Like we said, romance + city lights + luxe ferry ride to said city = magic!

Sea you soon,

The Seastreak Family
