- The Seastreak ferry drops off and picks up at West 39th St., a 30-minute walk from the theater district.
- Cancellation Policy For Broadway Matinee Cruises: If a Broadway Matinee is cancelled prior to departure, you will receive a full refund. In the event the Broadway Matinee is cancelled after the boat departs the Belford, NJ port, or if the show is cancelled while being played, NO refund will be given. Seastreak will not be responsible for transportation to any make-up shows.
- The date and time for an event are subject to change by the event venue; such rescheduling does not constitute cancellation on the part of Seastreak. If there is a change in time, Seastreak will notify you by phone or email.
