Transform your workday
How much of your life are you spending in crowded buses and trains or stressful bumper-to-bumper traffic? Take Seastreak to work and transform your everyday life. We cruise commuters from Belford, Highlands and Atlantic Highlands, NJ, across the beautiful New York Harbor to West 39th Street, Brookfield Place, Wall Street and East 35th Street. At the end of the work day, Seastreak riders can choose from any of the 22 daily departures from the city to return home.
Affectionately called by our hundreds of daily commuters as “the most civilized commute in New York,” try it once and you’ll never go back to your old way of commuting again.
The fastest way to get there
Based on our 2015 survey, our average commuter saves 75 minutes per day by taking Seastreak compared to other forms of transportation to or from Manhattan. If time is your most valuable asset, Seastreak is the way to go.
Seastreak is known in the area for being the quickest way to and from the city.
The most cost-efficient commute in the area
There may be slightly cheaper ways to get to or from the city, even with tolls and gas calculated (though it’s probably not if you’re paying for parking). However, when you count the cost of mileage and wear on your car, or more importantly, how much 75 minutes a day in time savings is worth, Seastreak will always be the most cost-effective way to get there, hands down.
Personally, I don’t think there is any competition. It’s the most cost-efficient and shortest commute by far.
The most comfortable commute available
Our plush and spacious seating, climate controlled cabins with full-service bar and 360 degree panoramic windows, private and clean bathrooms, and an open-air top deck for the beautiful weather days make a daily commute on Seastreak one of the best parts of your day. Relax, take a nap, visit with other commuters at the bar, and get a jump start on your day. This sets a new bar for enjoyable ways to get to work.
I’ve been commuting since 1969, and Seastreak boats are the most comfortable commute I’ve had.
