When you’re a kid, you’re always told not to touch that, do this, or try that, but when you’re young and the world is meant to be explored, you just can’t help it! Well at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan, kids can do the opposite of what they’ve always been told, and learn while they’re doing it!

Their current exhibit is EatSleepPlay™: Building Health Every Day, which helps children understand the fundamentals of health and wellness through interactivity. Kids will learn the consequences of unhealthy eating by crawling through the walls of the digestive system. At the Sleep Center, kids learn about the unmatched importance of a good night’s rest. They can also meet a super team of vegetables called Super Sprowtz™ who help teach kids the benefits of eating healthy and delicious foods.

The CMOM is the perfect place to bring younger children for an educational adventure. This method of hands-on learning is both a fun and effective way for getting your kids to take their health into their own hands!
